Bible Reading

Today I was reading in Exodus, Chapter 14. The first thing that jumped out at me was in verses 13 and 14. The people were afraid, they saw no way out, but God had a plan, something we could never come up with or imagine on our own.

v. 13 "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today..."

v. 14 "The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still"

Stand firm....and be still

so often I think I need to do something, I need to find a solution, I need to be busy solving the problem for God...but that is not God's plan....Stand Firm and be still.

It isn't for us to solve!
