8th Grade made paper! They did a great job! When they told me they were going to make paper I had no idea.... they really made paper!!

They took old paces (ones that have been completed and must be destroyed)....they tore them in pieces, put them in a blender with water and blended them...then put them in a large bowl of warm water, where they used a screen to strain the water and then let it dry to make a piece of paper....REALLY!!!

They were showing me some examples that they had made ahead of time...and said you know miss we could use this paper to write a note or make a card for someone....which gave me a great idea~!!!

We will be doing a fundraiser with homemade cards from homemade paper recycled from used Paces created by my awesome 8th graders!!!!
